Welcome to Shippers' Corner - a service provided free-of-charge by Portnet.com to help shippers access to shipping and vessel service information.
Shippers will find updated information on vessel schedules, port rotations as well as information on terminal operations and procedures. In addition to a section on the Frequently-Asked-Questions, we have also set up a helpdesk hotline for shippers who may wish to contact PSA officers for further queries.

In one of my discussions with PSA at the end of Aug 2000, I suggested to PSA to make available its shipping database that would be of value to shippers. I am therefore most pleased that PSA has responded positively with this "Shippers' Corner" initiative for the members of SNSC and to all other shippers in Singapore.

"We live in the Internet age where the possession of the right information at the right time defines the competitiveness of companies in the market place. We, as shippers, need to make informed choices about the shipment of our goods to most effectively manage our logistics cost. In this regards, Shippers' Corner promises to be an exciting website that will help shippers find the most appropriate shipping services that will meet their needs."

I would like to encourage all shippers to capitalise on this source of information, which is shared by PSA free of charge, to realise the most optimal shipment plans for their goods. If there are other ideas for further enhancing this initiative, I am sure PSA Corporation Ltd will be most happy to consider them for implementation.
