EZBill: Slot Exchange Billing

The Slot Exchange Billing system is to facilitate and automate the manual billing processes between the Line and its slot exchange partners for terminal handling charges incurred in Singapore.

This system will manage the transfer of all slot exchange terminal handling information and calculate the terminal handling bills for each partner. The system will be flexible enough for the Line to input different variables (routes, units exchanged, rates, counting rules) and combinations of the variables for different agreements of the Line. The Line will be able to determine the billing basis such as per cycle or voyage as well.
